As well as the noodle house, Jumeirah Restaurants LLC also owns a number of other restaurants, including Sana Bonta, Bytes, AllFreshCo, Rice & Spice, and The Flaming Revolution with the aim to sign a total of 150 restaurants by 2012.

The Arabian Ceramics Manufacturing C0 LTD. (Dar Ceramics) as a subsidiary of KAB Holding. The factory produces high quality ceramics and porcelain to compete with the internationally recognized brands imported mainly from Spain and Italy, which Middle Eastern and Gulf markets are keen to absorb. Dar Ceramics had utilized the Italian technology, resulting in a brand that is dedicated to fine porcelain and ceramic Tiles Market. Dar Ceramics new trends and lines are carefully studied and selected in coordination with most innovative and experienced Italian design companies. Moreover, Dar Ceramics will enjoy a promising future, since it will go for the IPO in 2008.

   DEWA is formed....

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) was formed on 1 January, 1992, by a decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum to take over and merge the Dubai Electric Company and the Dubai Water Department that had been operating independently for several years until then. Both these organizations were established in 1959 through the foresight and initiative of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the late Ruler of Dubai, as government supported bodies with the objective of making available to the people of Dubai an adequate and reliable supply of electricity and water.

Today, after near about five decades, DEWA is an inspiring success story known for its efficiency and reliability in every facet of its operations. Constant planning and forecasting to meet the growing demands of the customer has always been DEWA's well entrenched philosophy. Owing to this policy, the Authority has come a long way in serving the customers and thereby making its own contributions to the economic growth of Dubai.

Today DEWA employees a workforce of about 7696 employees who constantly endeavour to see that both the quantity and quality of services provided are of the highest standards in consistency and reliability.

Thus the expansion continues in order to meet the ever growing demand for electricity and water, and keeping this in mind DEWA continues to maintain its corporate structure and functioning in the most professional and advanced ways to ensure its continued success in the years to come.


Mockamore is an international coffee concept with special coffees and high quality food products to match. The variety of coffee beans are selected, roasted and blended in various parts of the world especially for Mockamore. The pastries and bagels are freshly prepared and were developed especially for Mockamore by our suppliers.


The First Mockamore establishment was opened in 2001 in Lelystad. By now there are 6 Locations in the Netherlands and 3 in Belgium. We're very proud with our new location in the Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi which recently opened. Each establishment has its very own recognizable interior that enhances the 'espresso experience'. Every year more than one million guests enjoy our special coffees in one of these Locations
