Program of Ministry of Health Kuwait Batch I
Nursing Division – PT Millenium Muda Mandiri

Congratulation for Indonesian Nurses whose Kuwait working visa has been issued.

Following are the steps that you may comply with:

Translation some documents, they are:

  • D III and or S1 certificate
  • D III and or S1 transcript of academic
  • Indonesia Nursing License
  • Working letters
  • Police Clearance ( SKCK )
  • Senior High School Report (Optional, you may translate or not. It is not necessary for Departure requirements)

The translation will be facilitated by MMM to the sworn and Kuwait-authorized Translator with the fee is Rp. 25.000/sheet. Every document will result as much as 2 sheets. Just calculate the number of the sheets of documents you have to get the exact fee you need to pay off.

Submission Photographs:

  • 4x6 white and blue background photograph = 10 sheets (appears normal)
  • 4x6 white and blue background photograph = 10 sheets (appears 80%)
  • 3x4 colored photograph = 4 sheets

DIII and or S1 Certificate Verification

  • Verification will be carried out by Puspronakes. To do so, you need to bring original DIII and or S1 certificate and 3x4 colored photograph as many as 4 sheets. The charge will be Rp. 125.000.


International SKCK

  • This document is processed in Polda with the recommendation letter from MMM and copy of passport, then it will be translated in Depkeh, Dephum, and Embassy. To whom has had this document and be in need of extension, you may do it by yourself.


Repeating Medical Check-up

  • Medical check-up of this program will be carried out in An-Nur Medical Check-up only; you need the recommendation letter to do so. Fee of the MCU is Rp. 500.000.


Nursing Registration in PPNI
To do this, you need to bring Copy of Identity card, original academic certificate and Indonesia Nursing License. The fee is Rp. 200.000

Departure Processing Fee

  • Departure processing fee will be submitted to Binawan as much as Rp. 2.000.000,


Visa Stamp

  • The fee for this is Rp. 825.000. This fee is submitted to Binawan.


BPR Bank allowance

Notes:
MMM is about to facilitate you to do all of those steps on this exact date. If you find your schedule is not fixed with the date arranged, please call up the MMM’s office.

  • Please complete and submit your documents by July 15, 2010. As most of the steps above require those documents.
  • Please transfer all the fees above by July 16, 2010. to PT Millenium MUda Mandiri, Bank Mandiri, Cabang MT. Haryono, Account No. 070-000-4565-490
  • Medical check-up- will be performed on July 19, 2010, at 10:00 AM and July 21, 2010, at 10:00 AM.  Please, be ready in MMM’s office at least 1 hour before departure.
  • Documents translation will be performed on July 19, 2010.
  • Nursing Registration in PPNI will be performed on July 20, 2010. You do not need to come with.
  • Document verification will be performed on July 21, 2010. You do not need to come with.
  • BPR Bank allowance will be notified later.
